Orders placed on flowthreads.co are processed Monday-Saturday 9am to 6pm AEST (excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 2 business days from when the order is placed, pending payment authorisation and verification. flowthreads.co ships Australia wide and internationally offering a Standard and Express Services.

Australia:

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase when ordered on business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

You have the option of standard or express shipping. All orders over $150.00 are posted for free.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information. 

New Zealand:

All orders posted to New Zealand under the value of $100 incur a postage fee of $9.95. Orders over the value of $100.00 are posted for free. Please allow 3 - 8 business days for your order to arrive once posted. 

Ireland, UK & Rest of the world:

All Irish, UK and international orders are charged a flat fee of €12.95 for standard tracked postage. Orders over the value of €150.00 ship for Free. We use a range of couriers to post internationally. For international orders, please allow 8 -10 business days for your order to arrive once posted.
